On May 17, 1974, Sek Sokha, a Khmer Communist soldiers in Unit K1, Svay Rieng district defected to Svay Rieng sub-military region, Zone 6, briging along one Carabine M-2.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៧-ឧសភា-១៩៧៤ មានជនសារភាពម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ សេក សុខា ជាយុទ្ធជនខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅក្នុងកងឯកភាពគ១ ប្រចាំស្រុក ស្វាយរៀង បានចូលមករួបរួមសារភាពជាមួយយោធា ភូមិភាគទី៦ នៃផ្នែកសឹករងស្វាយរៀង ហើយបាននាំមកជាមួយនូវឯកសារ មួយចំនួន និងអាវុធការ៉ាប៊ីនអ៊ឺម២ មួយដើម។
