On March 15, 1974, a Khmer Communist, Koy Kim Hoeung, came to join the society with the military authority of sub-military of Kampong Speu. He was a militiaman of Phnom Tauch pagoda.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ កុយ គឹម ហឿង បានភ្ញាក់រឮកចុះ ចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ ជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរយោធានៃផ្នែកសឹករងកំពង់សឺ្ព។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់ រឮកឈ្មោះ កុយ គឹម ហឿង នេះជាកងឈ្លបប្រចាំការនៅតំបន់ភ្នំ តូច។
