On March 15, 1974, a Khmer Communist, Iem Sophal, came to join with the military authority of sub-military of Kampong Speu. He was a militiaman of Phnom Tauch pagoda.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ អៀម សុផល បានភ្ញាក់រលឹចុះ ចូលសារភាពមួយអាជ្ញាធរយោធានៃ ផ្នែកសឹកកំពង់សឺ្ព។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮកឈ្មោះ អៀម សុផល ជាកងឈ្លបប្រចាំការនៅតំបន់វត្ដភ្នំតូច។
