On March 16, 1974, a Khmer Communist, Tim Sam Ol, reported himself to Company 2, Battalion 626. He brought along with a riffle, Karabine. He was a chief of Team 1, Platoon 101, Company 113, Battalion 153 and he was interrogated by a Sergeant Toem Phannsavay.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ទឹម សំអុល បានភ្ញាក់រឮកចុះចូលសារភាពជាមួយកងអនុសេនាធំទី២ នៃកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៦២៦ ដោយនាំមកជាមួយនូវកាំភើ្លងការ៉ាប៉ីន មួយដើម។ ជនភ្ញាក់រឮកនេះជាមេក្រុមទី១ ក្នុងកងហាលេខ១០១ កងរយលេខ១១៣ កងវរៈលេខ១៥៣ ហើយត្រូវបានសួរចម្លើយ ដោយពលបាលត្រី ទឹម ផាន់ សាវ៉ាយ។
