Chap Samoeun, 18 years old, Khmer, was allowed to serve for the sake of ministry in Koh Tauch, Kampot district, Kampot province. He was responsible for convincing the Khmer Liberation and Khmer Rouge soldiers to defect to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ចាប សាមឿន អាយុ១៨ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់កោះតូច ស្រុកកំពត ខេត្ដកំពត ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បី មករួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
