On March 16, 1974, Khmer Communist, Heng Sambatt, reported himself to authority of Kampong Tram village. He brought along with a riffle, karabin and 2 magazine of bullets. Heng sambatt, as a Deputy Militiaman in Region 15, was interrogated by Corporal Sergeant Kong Phan, Second Bureau of military staff of zone 2.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ហេង សម្បតិ្ដ បានភ្ញាក់រឮកចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរភូមិកំពង់ ត្រាំ ដោយនាំមកជាមួយនូវកាំភើ្លងការ៉ាប៉ីន មួយដើម បង់គ្រាប់២បង់។ ជនភ្ញាក់រឮកឈ្មោះ ហេង សម្បតិ្ដ នេះជាអនុកងឈ្លបនៅតំបន់លេខ១៥ ហើយត្រូវបានសាក សួរចម្លើយដោយពលបាលទោ គង់ ផាន ការិយាល័យទី២ នៃសេនាធិការយោធាភូមិភាគទី២។
