Mil Saphan, 30 years old, served in Khmer Communist movement since August 22, 1973, as the chief of motobike repair unit. On June 28, 1974, he defected to Battalion 412 in Svay Rieng sub-military region at WT 952-256 bringing along with one CKC. then he was sent to Svay Rieng province on June 28, 1974.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ិល សាផន អាយុ ៣០ឆាំ្ន បានចូលបំរើខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ នៅថ្ងៃ២២-សីហា-១៩៧៣ ដោយមានមុខងារជាប្រធានអង្គភាព ជួសជុលម៉ូតូ។ កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៨-មិថុនា-១៩៧៤ ជននេះបានចូលមក រួបរួមនៅកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៤១២ នៃផ្នែកសឹករងស្វាយរៀង ត្រង់ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៩៥៨-២៥៦ ដោយនាំមកនូវកាំភ្លើងសេកាសេ មួយដើមមកជាមួយផង។ ក្រោយមកត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនឈ្មោះនេះ ទៅកាន់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង នៅថ្ងៃ២៨-មិថុនា-១៩៧៤។
