On October 8, 1974, a Khmer Communist, Phann No, reported himself to Intervention Battalion, Division 3. He brought along with a hand grenade. He was a messenger of region 15 and was interrogated by Corporal Sergeant Sokh Sarin, in Second Bureau of division 3.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់សេនាតូច អន្ដរាគមន៍ នៃកងពលធំលេខ៣ ដោយនាំមកជាមួយនូវគ្រាប់បែកដៃ មួយគ្រាប់។ ជនភ្ញាក់រឮកឈ្មោះ ផាន់ ណូ នេះជាអ្នកនាំសារនៅ តំបន់១៥ ហើយត្រូវបានសាកសួរចម្លើយដោយនាំមកជាមួយនូវ គ្រាប់បែកដៃមួយក្រាប់។ ជនភ្ញាក់រឮកឈ្មោះ ផាន់ ណូ នេះជាអ្នកនាំសារនៅតំបន់១៥ ហើយត្រូវបានសាកសួរចម្លើយដោយ ពលបាលទោ សុខ សារិន នៅការិយាល័យទី២ កងពលធំទី៣។
