Heng Seng, 32 years old, Khmer, was permitted to serve for the sake of Ministry in Prey Tototng, Skun, Prey Chhor region, Cheung Prey district, Kampong Cham province. He was responsible for persuading the Khmer Liberation and Khmer Rouge soldiers to defected to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ហេង សេង អាយុ៣២ឆ្នាំ ចនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាត ឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់ព្រៃទទឹង ស្គន់ ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ជើងព្រៃ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង ខ្មែររំដោះនឹងខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីមករួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
