Khmer Communist who based in the border of Prey Veng province region23 built an operating hospital at the west of Kampong Tralach in which they received 50-60 patients. Khmer Communist also built training center in which they already trained 2 times in political education and stratergy at the transfering point of WT 822-463.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅព្រំប្រទល់ព្រៃវែង តំបន់២៣ បានសង់មន្ទីរពេទ្យ វះកាត់មួយខាងលិចកំពង់ត្រឡាច ដែលអាចដាក់អ្នកជម្ងឺ៥០-៦០នាក់ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលហ្វឹកហ្វឺនមាន ផ្នែកអប់រំ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ នៅវត្ដផ្ញៀរ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៨២២-៤៦៣ ហើយបានបើក បង្រៀន២លើក រួចមកហើយ។
