On July 18, 1971, Capitain Sam Heang, Chief of the Second Bureau of Infantry Brigade 4, and Lieutenant Huot Khem interrogated Ngvieng Yang Kruy, 34 years old, Vietnamese, living in Neak Loeung village, Neak Loeung sub-district, Peam Ro district, Prey Veng province.
