On March 19, 1974, chief of cadres of Khmer Communist , Kong Sam Oeun, in charge of 300 people mobile work brigade, made propaganda in Russei Chrang village, in order to persaude people to join his side.
ថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ប្រធានកម្មាភិបាលកុម្មុយនិស្ដឈ្មោះ គង់ សំអឿន មានកងចល័តចំនួន៣០០នាក់ នៅបាកាន បានទៅ ឃោសនានៅភូមិឫស្សីច្រាំង ដើម្បីទាញប្រជាពលរដ្ឋឱ្យចូលមកខាងខ្លួន។
