From the end of 1973, Khmer Communist dismentled existing monks' monastery to build a 14-roof hospital in Barach village and appointed Keo Sovann to be a director and Ta Khla Dam to be deputy director. The enemy also built a 6-roof hospital in Region 24, that was staffed by Ta Kan, director, and 8 other female nurses and a number of male nurses. There were 10 enemy equipped with weapons and directed by commander Sarit, 32 years old and Keo Mantha, deputy commander.
ចាប់ពីបណ្ដាច់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣មក ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានសង់មន្ទីរពេទ្យមួយ មាន១៤ខ្នង នៅភូមិបារាច ដោយរុះកុដ្ឋលោកធ្វើហើយបានតែងតាំង កែវ សុវណ្ណ ជានាយក និង តាខ្លាដាម ជានាយករង។ ខ្មាំងបានសង់ មន្ទីរពេទ្យប្រចាំតំបន់២៤ មាន៦ខ្នងសមាជិកធ្វើការមាន តាកន ពេទ្យនាយក, គិលានុដ្ឋាយិការ ៨នាក់, គិលាននុដ្ឋាយិការជាច្រើន នាក់ទៀត។ មានខ្មាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ចំនួន១០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការ សារិត អាយុ៣២ឆ្នាំ និងកែវមន្ថា ភូឈួយ។
