Prum Chhaom, 35 years old , militiaman in Svay Rieng sub-district managed to escape from enemy region and defected to military authority in Battalion 412 based near Romeang Thkaol village at WT 930-291 on July 17, 1974.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រំ ឆោម អាយុ ៣៥ ឆ្នាំ ជាកងឈ្លបសង្កាត់ស្វាយរៀង បាន រត់ភៀសខ្លួនពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់មកចុះចូលក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញនៅ ថ្ងៃទី១៥ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ ម្ដុំភូមិរមាំងថ្កោល ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៩៣០-២៩១ ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ៤១២។
