On February 21, 1974, because of not beleiving communism, Kim Serei, a Khmer Communist soldier came to defect to the National Army in Thnal Bat sub-district office on February 21, 1972, at 7:00am.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដឈ្មោះ គឹម សេរី ដោយគ្មានជំនឿលើលិទ្ធិ កុម្មុយនីស្ដបានរត់ចេញមកចុះចូលនៅសាលាសង្កាត់ថ្នល់បត់ ថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ វេលាម៉េាង៧ៈ០០ ដោយមិនព្រមនៅ បម្រើពួកកុម្មុយនិស្ដតទៅទៀត។
