On July 09, 1974, Mao Ny, a chief of Team 1 in Platton 1, Battalion 223, Regiment 182, Region 22, escaped from the enemy region and defected to the National Army in Platton 3, Battalion 704, Khnol Roar submilitary operation region, Vihea sour province. He said that it was very difficult to live in Khmer Communist region due to its dictactorship and having no freedom.
ខ្មែរចលនារំដោះឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ នី មុខនាទីជាប្រធានក្រុមកង អនុសេនាតូចទី៣ កងអនុសេនាធំទី១ កងវរៈសេនាតូច២២៣ វរៈសេនាធំ១៨២ តំបន់២២ បានរត់ចេញពីខ្មាំងមកចុះចូលនៅ កងអនុសេនាធំទី៣ វរៈសេនាតូច៧០៤ នៅតំបន់សឹកខ្នុររកា ផ្នែកសឹករងវិហារសួគ៌ នៅថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដោយពួក កុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រើលិទ្ធិផ្ដាច់ការ ខ្វះសេរីភាព ពិបាកក្នុងការរស់នៅ ជាមួយពួកកុម្មុយនស្ដ។
