An unknown prisoner confessed that the district committee killed Chuop Hel on September 23, 1975. The Angkar sent some prisoners who had attended the meeting with Chuop Hel to district office 14. That prisoners were Hel, Chhit Saroeun, Kim Kuoch, Sim Thai, Sang Kuon Neang, Chao Kork, Lay Sotha, You Leng, Ching Hong and Ngauv Voan aka Vung.
