On September 23, 1974, 2 Khmer Communist defectors
named Chhim Sarin, 23 years old, and Lei Chantha, 21 years old, returned to national community by reporting themselves to military authorities in Phnom Del based sub-military region. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ២រូបឈ្មោះ ឈឹម សារិន អាយុ២៣ឆ្នាំ និងឈ្មោះ ឡិ ចន្ថា អាយុ២១ឆ្នាំ បាន ភ្ញាក់រឮកចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិ និងអាជ្ញាធរយោធានៅ ផ្នែកសឹករងភ្នំដិល។
