On July 28, 1974, Chin Ut, managed to escape from enemy territory and reported himself to military authorities in special military zone based in Krang Thong sub-district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ចិន អ៊ុត បានភៀស ខ្លួនចេញរួចពីតំបន់ខ្មាំង ហើយចូលមកបង្ហាញខ្លួន និងអាជ្ញាធរយោធា ភូមិភាគពិសេស ប្រចាំការនៅសង្កាត់ក្រាំងធ្លុង។
