កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានយុទ្ធជនខ្មាំង២នាក់ឈ្មោះ សូត្រស៊ីន និង ឌួន ចេន បានរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំង បានសុំរួបរួម ជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរយើងនៅកងវរៈសេនាតូច៦៥១ ប្រចាំការនៅ អូក្រសាំង អ៊ុយអ៊ុយៈ៨៣២-៨៣៣ និងនៅការិយាល័យទី២ នៃសេនាធិការផ្នែកសឹករងពោធិ៍សាត់។
