A source said that the Khmer Communist held a meeting in a pogoda, San Kor village, Kampong Svay district, Kampong Thom province, under the presidency of Ton, a chief of economic in region 32. Ton said that he had already sent 7 secret agents to hide in Kampong Thom provincial town. Then, he sent 11 others to gather together with them in order to spy on the National Armed Forces. He reminded the secret agents to make an effort to destroy the National Armed Force Base at VU 905-081 in Kampong Thom province in shortly there after.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានរួមប្រជុំយ៉ាងធំមួយនៅក្នុង វត្ដនៅភូមិសានគរ ត្រង់វ៉េវ៉េ ៧២៣-១៥៧ ឃុំសានគរ ស្រុក កំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ ក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ ទុន ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច តំបន់លេខ៣២។ ពិសេសឈ្មោះ ទុន បានបញ្ជាក់ថាពួកគេបានបញ្ជូន ភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់ចំនួន៧នាក់ចូលមកក្រុងកំពង់ធំ ហើយពួកនេះនឹង - បពាូ្ជូន១១នាក់ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីយកព័ត៌មានពីទីតាំងរបស់កងទ័ពជាតិ។ ឈ្មោះ ទុន បានរំលឹកឱ្យពួកគេខំប្រឹងដើម្បីវាយយកទីតាំងកងទ័ពនៅ ក្រចាប់ ត្រង់វ៉េវ៉េ ៩០៥-០៨១ ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗ។
