On April 09, 1974, 3 Khmer Communist soldiers named Mok Chhun Ly, 21 years old, Khmer, born in Banteay Dek sub-district, Kean Svay district, Kandal province. Chap Maly, 20 years old, Khmer, born in Teuk Khleang sub-district, Lvea Em district, Kandal province and Tep Kim San , 25 years old, Khmer, born in Banteay Dek sub-district, Kean Svay district, Kandal province, reported themselves to the national authority. They confessed that the used to serve in the Khmer Communist movement in Battalion 512, Brigade 78, in Khsom commune.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ៣នាក់ ដែល បានភ្ញាក់រឮកចូលមករួបរួមសង្គមជាតិ។ ១.ឈ្មោះ ម៉ុក ឈុនលី អាយុ២១ឆ្នាំ នៅឃុំបន្ទាយដែក ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ២.ឈ្មោះ ចាប ម៉ាលី អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ នៅឃុំទឹកឃ្លាំង ស្រុកល្វាឯម ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ៣.ឈ្មោះ ទេព គឹមសាន អាយុ២៥ឆ្នាំ នៅឃុំ បន្ទាយដែក ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ នៅកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេលខ៥១២ កងពលតូចលេច៧៨ ប្រចាំការនៅឃុំខ្សុំ។
