Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Sang Soeut, 24 years old, Khmer, born in Andaung village, Wat Kor sub-district, Sang Ke district, Battambang province, said that on January 15, 1974, when he was cutting woods in Chrap Romphai village, Snoeng sub-district, suddently , 30 Khmer Communist soldiers under the command of Oeun forced him to go with them to Kuoy village in Cham Lang sub-district, Kiri Ratanak district and ordered him to do farming in order to feed them. On March 03, 1974, he escaped from that region and defected to the national military in Treng region because he was not happy to serve for them.
ឈ្មោះ សាង សឿត អាយុ២៤ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិអណ្ដូងព្រីង ឃុំវត្ដគរ ស្រុកសង្កែ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង និយាយថានៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ មករា ១៩៧៤ ពេលដែលកំពុងកាប់អុសនៅភូមិច្រាបរំផៃ ឃុំស្នឹង ក៏ត្រូវខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន៣០នាក់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ ដឹកនាំដោយឈ្មោះ អឿន មកបង្ខំឱ្យទៅតាមវានៅភូមិគួយ ឃុំចម្លងគួយ ស្រុកគីរីរតន ឱ្យធ្វើស្រែចម្ការ ចិញ្ចឹមពួកវា។ ដោយមិនពេញចិត្ដនិងសកម្មភាពពួកវាក៏លួចរត់មក សារភាព និងអាជ្ញាធរយោធានៅត្រែង នៅថ្ងៃទីមីនា ខែ៣ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ តែម្ដង។
