On October 03, 1973, the Khmer Viet Cong's agent, Meas Vin, 22 years old, born in Ta Nou village, Cham Bak sub-district, Svay Rieng district, Svay Rieng province, defected to the National Army at WT 781-283, in Battalion 410, Ta Pa village and brought along his wife named Hai Sam Oeun. He confessed that he used to be a chief of Team 1, Spy Company 120 in Region 23. The Spy Company 120, had a temporary headquarter at WT 805-401, in Daun Sar village, Svay Rieng province. On October 10, 1973, he was sent to the education center in Svay Rieng provincial town, after the interrogating for the interest of the National Army.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ភ្នាក់ងារខ្មែរយៀកកុងម្នាក់ ឈ្មោះ មាស វិន អាយុ ២២ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិតានូ ឃុំចំបក់ ស្រុកនិង ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង ជាមួយនឹងនាង ហៃ សំអៀន ជាប្រពន្ធបានចូល មករួបរួមនឹងអាជ្ញាធរកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៤១០ ប្រចាំការនៅភូមិ តាប៉ ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ៧៨១-២៨៣។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនជានាយផ្នែកទី១ «ប្រធាននខ» នៃកងអនុសេនាធំឈ្លបយកការ លេខ១២០ ប្រចាំតំបន់២៣ មានទីតាំងបណ្ដោះអាសន្ននៅភូមិដូនស ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៨០៥-៤០១ ក្រោយពេលសាកសួរយកព័ត៌ មានជាប្រយោជន៍ហើយ សាមុីខ្លួនត្រូវបានប្រគល់ទៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌល អប់រំខេត្ដ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។
