On November 14, 1973, Communist Khmer Soeu Khean alias Mit Nakk, 27 years old, a commander in Company 202, Battalion 402, Region 32, Zone 304, defected to the National Army at VU 850-097, in Battalion 30, Brigade 11, Kdei Daung Village, bringing a long one AK-47 rifle No.201463, two magazines and 60 buliets. He confessed that he used to be a corporal the National Army under the command of Captain Sokh Thoem and was arrested by the Khmer Communist soldiers, when he was assigned to pick Khmer defectors up in Stung district, Kampong Thom province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិសម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ សឿ ឃានហោ មិត្ដ ណាក់ អាយុ២៧ឆ្នាំ ជាមេបញ្ជាការអនុ សេនាធំ២០២ នៃកងវរៈសេនាតូច៤០២ ជាទ័ពខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ តំបន់៣២ ភូមិភាគ៣០៤ បានរត់ចូលមករួបរួមជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិ ក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៣០ កងពលតូច១១ នៅភូមិក្ដីដូង ចំណុច វ៉េអ៊ុយ ៨៥០-០៩៧ ដោយមានកាំភ្លើងអាកា៤៧ មួយដើម លេខ ២០១៤៦៣ ប្រអប់ច្រកគ្រាប់២ និងគ្រាប់៦០គ្រាប់មកជាមួយផង។ ឈ្មោះនេះបានសារភាពថា ធ្លាប់ធ្វើទាហានឋានៈជាពលបាលត្រី ក្រោមបញ្ជាការវរៈសេនីយ៍ឯក សុខ ធឹម ពេលនោះបញ្ជាការបាន ប្រើឱ្យទៅកាន់ស្រុកស្ទោង ដើម្បីដឹកនាំខ្មែរភ្ញាក់រឮក ក៏ត្រូវពួក ខ្មាំងចាប់មកឃុំឃាំង រួចហើយឱ្យបម្រើជាកងទ័ពឱ្យពួកវា។
