On July 15, 1974, Peou Tieng, 44, Khmer Nation, a private of Battalion 255, was arrested by the invsion land enemy on December 21, 1971, during the battle in Stung Chral. The enemy then sent Peou Tieng to Cham Pei village for 3 months.
កាលពីថៃទី្ង១៥ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ពៅ ទៀង ជាតិខ្មែរ អាយុ ៤៤ ឆ្នាំ ធ្វើទាហាននៅកងវរៈសេនាតូច ២៥៥មានឋានៈពលទោត្រូវ ពួកខ្មាំងឈ្លានពានទឹកដីចាប់យកទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី២១ វិច្ឆកា ១៩៧១ ក្នុងឱកាសវាយប្រហាបន្ទាយស្ទឹងច្រាល។ បន្ទាប់មកទើបពួកវាបញ្ជូន ឈ្មោ ះពៅ ទៀង ទៅទុកនៅភូមិចំប៉ី ៣ខែរហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃនេះ។
