On November 4, 1974, two Khmer communists, Huot Seng Hort and Chou Nearsrou, defected to national military authories in special zone.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ២នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ហួត សេងហ៊ត និង ជូ នាស្រ៊ូ បានរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងមក ចូលរួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិយើងនៅភូមិភាគពិសេស។
