Kok Tok, was sent to trial by brigadier General Sak Sotsakhan. Kok Tok, was arrested by Battalion 70 that was in a military operation during the fight against the National Army in Sre Ambel, Kampong Sela province on March 19, 1971. In the attack the National Army seized a Carabine gun from Kok Tok.
ឈ្មោះ កុក តុក ត្រូវឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ត្រី សាក់ ស៊ុតសាខន ប្រគល់ខ្លួនឱ្យតុលាការវិនិច្ឆ័យទោស។ ឈ្មោះនេះត្រូវកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៧០ ដែលប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹកបោសសម្អាតចាប់ខ្លួនបាននៅពេលប្រយុទ្ធ ជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិនៅស្រែអំបិល ខេត្ដកំពង់សីលា ពីថ្ងៃ១៩ មីនា ១៩៧១ ហើយកងទ័ពជាតិបានរឹបអូសយកបាននូវកាំភ្លើង ការ៉ាប៊ីន១ដើម។
