Mey Siphon, first sergeant would like to sent to General to decide according to the fact two people arrested on October 10, 1970, by Battalion 1, Infantry Brigade 16, for serving Viet Cong movement. They Sang Seng and Yeu Yin, both are khmer nation. They used to give information about our soldier movement to Viet Cong.
ខ្ញុំព្រិន្ទបាលទោ ម៉ី ស៊ីផុន សូមប្រគល់ជូនមកលោកឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ ដើម្បីសមេ្រចតាមអង្គហេតុនូវជនពីរនាក់ដែលចាប់បានពីថ្ងៃ១០ តុលា ១៩៧០ ដោយកងវរៈសេនាតូចទី១ នៃកងពលតូចថ្មើរជើងទី១៦ អំពីបទបំម្រើចលនាយៀកកុងដែលមានឈ្មោះ សាង សេង ជាតិខ្មែរ, យឺ យឹន ជាតិខ្មែរ។ ឈ្មោះទាំងពីរនាក់នេះធ្លាប់បានផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានឱ្យយៀកកុងអំពីចលនានៃកងទ័ពយើង។
