កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ សេក សារ៉ន មានឋានៈប្រធានក្រុមស៊ើបការណ៍ប្រចាំក៤, ឃ១ បានរត់ចេញ ពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងមកចុះចូលជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរយើងនៅកងវរសេនាតូច៦៧ បានយកអាវុធសេវិនធីណាយ មួយដើម លេខ៨៣២៣៦ និងគ្រាប់ចំនួន១៣គ្រាប់។
