On June 14, 1974, 2 Khmer communist, Meas Nauy and Meas Eng, came to Khmer to Battalion 409 and Battalion 412 of sub-military of Svay Rieng at VT 952-260. Both of then were members of Prey Totoeng village in the enemy region at XT 025-270.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮក ២នាក់ គឺឈ្មោះ មាស ណូយ និងឈ្មោះ មាស អេង បានមកចុះ ចូលសារភាពនៅកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៤០៩ និងកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ ៤១២ នៃផ្នែកសឹករងស្វាយរៀង ត្រង់ណុចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៥២-២៦០។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮកទាំងពីរនាក់នេះជាសមាជិកភូមិព្រៃទទឹង នៃតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ិចតេ ០២៥-២៧០។
