Source reported that on December 24, 1973, Khmer Communist held a meeting discussing on plan of fighting against national armed forces who base in Pursat province. The meeting came to the conclution that Battalion 103 and mobile work brigade of district of regiment 7 were on duty to attack national armed forces from Trapeang Chuong up to Svay Daunkeo, and mobile work brigade of Krakor district, Phom Kravanh who were being on guard duty in the east of Pursat river had to cooperate with some of armed forces from Kampong Chhnang province to fight against national armed forces in Banak.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៤ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបាន បើកសម័យប្រជុំមួយស្ដីពីគម្រោងការ វាយប្រហារទៅលើកងទ័ព ជាតិនៅក្នុងខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់។ អង្គប្រជុំនោះបានសមេ្រចឱ្យ កងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ១០៣ និងកងចល័តស្រុកស្ថិតនៅក្នុងកង វរៈសេនាធំលេខ៧ មានបេសកម្មវាយប្រហារកងទ័ពជាតិចាប់ពី ត្រពាំងជួង រហូតដល់ស្វាយដូនកែវ។ កងចល័តស្រុកក្រគរ ភ្នំក្រវ៉ាញ ដែលប្រចាំការផ្នែកខាងកើតស្ទឹងពោធិ៍សាត់ រួមជាមួយទ័ពមកពី ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ខ្លះផងមានបេសកម្មវាយប្រហារកងទ័ពជាតិនៅបំណក់។
