កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Ma Mut, 19 years old, khmer nation, was handed over to General in order to bring him to trial. He was arrested by Airforce Unit on May 30, 1974, of not following the order of security guard. He denied accepting the accuse and he did not enter the check point at the Residance of commander of armed forces. However, he dared enter to the house because his sister, Ma Eng, had been hired to work in the house since 1970. She later had argument with the general Ie Chhong. Because of this, the house owner ordered to build a checkpoint and ordered to stand to guard at the entrance, so that her relative could not go into the house. Because he instisted to enter, the watchdogs arrested him and mistreated and then sent him to detain in the staff of Khmer Airforce.
ការប្រគល់ជូនលោកឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ដើម្បីវិនិច្ឆ័យតាមច្បាប់ពីជន ជាតិខ្មែរម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ម៉ា ម៊ុត អាយុ ១៩ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវបានទាហាន អាកាសចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី៣០ ឧសភា ១៩៧៤ដោយ ចោទថាមិនព្រមស្ដាប់ បញ្ជាអ្នករក្សាសន្ដិសុខ។ ជនរងគ្រោះឆ្លើយថាខ្លួនមិនបានធ្វើដូច ពាក្យចោទនោះទេ ហើយពុំ បានចូលក្នុងប៉ុស្ដិយាមគេហដ្ឋានលោក មេបញ្ជាការទ័ពអាកាសដែរ។ តែខ្លួនហ៊ានដើរចូលទៅដោយផ្ទះនោះ បងស្រីខ្លួនឈ្មោះ ម៉ា អេង បាន ជួលតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ក្រោយ មកនាងម៉ា អេង និងលោកឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ អ៊ា ឆុង មានទំនាស់នឹងគ្នា ម្ចាស់ផ្ទះក៍បញ្ជាឱ្យធ្វើប៉ុស្ដិ៍យាមហើយឱ្យទាហានឈរយាមមាត់ទ្វា ចេញចូលមិនឱ្យគ្រួសារខ្លួនចូលទៅក្នុងផ្ទះនោះ។ ដោយខ្លួនចេះតែ ទទូចចូលទៅត្រូវទាហានចាប់ធ្វើបាបរួចបពាា្ជូនមកឃុំឃាំងនៅ សេនាធិការទ័ពអាកាសខ្មែរតែម្ដង។
