Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Seng Soeun and Chey Chuon, White Khmer, were arrested. Their plan was to transport foodstuffs to hide at Pis Mountain in December 1976 in order to fight Phnom Penh in July 1977 and to kill top leaders in February 1977 by exploding grenade. In the past, White Khmer networks built up 69 forces. The military base of liberation region was destroyed by military aircraft. Currently, The White Khmer Seng Soeun and Chey Chuon were additional strengthening forces, and in the future they would secretly and openly attack the revolution.
អ្នកដែលជាខ្សែខ្មែរ ស ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនមាន សេង សឿន និង ជៃ ជួន។ ខ្មែរសមានផែនការដឹកស្បៀងទៅលាក់នៅភ្នំពីស ខែ១២-១៩៧៦ វាយក្រុងភ្នំពេញខែ៧-១៩៧៧ សម្លាប់អង្គការកំពូល ខែ២-១៩៧៧ ដោយគ្រាប់បែក។ កន្លងមកខាងខ្មែរសបានកសាង កម្លាំងបាន ៦៩ នាក់ឱ្យយន្ដហោះកំទេចមូលដ្ឋានតំបន់រំដោះ។ សព្វថ្ងៃ កំពុងពង្រីកកម្លាំងបន្ថែម និងទៅថ្ងៃមុខវាយបដិវត្ដដោយ សម្ងាត់និងចំហរ។
