On May 21, 1974, a Khmer communist, ChhuKhun-Yann, came to join with the authority of Kok Phnov village, UV 509-933. He was a member of militiaman of Norkor Pheas sub-district, Puok district, Siem Reap province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮក ម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ឈុឃុន-យ៉ាន់ បានចុះចូលមករួបរួមជាមួយអាជ្ញា ធរភូមិគោកភ្នៅ ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយវ៉េ ៥០៩-៩៣៣។ ខ្មែរកម្មុយនិស្ដ ភ្ញាក់រឮកឈ្មោះ ឈុឃុន-យ៉ាន់ ជាសមាជិកកងឈ្លបឃុំនគរភាស ស្រុកពួក ខេត្ដសៀមរាប។
