On November 13, 1974, a Khmer communist, Chim Chhay, came to defected to the military authority of sub-military of Oudong Meanchey. Chim Chhay was a soldier of group 2 of Platoon 2, Company 1, Battalion 725.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮក ឈ្មោះ ជិម ឆាយ បានចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរយោធា នៃផ្នែកសឹករងឧដុង្គមានជ័យ។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮកឈ្មោះ ជិម ឆាយ ជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងក្រុមទី២ កងអនុសេនាតូចទី២ កងអនុសេនាធំ ទី១ នៃកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៧២៥។
