Chea Sin, 30 years old, a unit chief holding 15 people in Kok Angkong village, Po Thichak sub-district, Prey Kabass district of Prey Veng province defected, to military authorities in a provincal company 6103 based in Prek Reang pagoda at WT 224-274, on October 24, 1973.
ឈ្មោះ ជា ស៊ិន អាយុ ៣០ឆ្នាំនៅភូមិគោកអង្គង់ សង្កាត់ពោធិ៍ចាក ស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង ធ្វើជាប្រធានក្រុមក្ដាប់ប្រជាជន ១៥នាក់ បានរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងចុះចូលជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរនៅវត្ដ ព្រែករាំង ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២២៤-២៧៤ ក្នុងកងអនុសេនាធំ អាណាខេត្ដលេខ៦១០៣ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។
