On October 30, 1973, 21 years old, Khmer Communist Yann Yet aka Chai, managed to escape from enemy territory and reported himself to military authorities in Angkrang Post at UV:394-160.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ យ៉ាន់ យេត ហៅ ចៃ អាយុ២១ឆ្នាំ បានរត់ចេញពីទ័ពខ្មាំងចូលមក រួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ នៅប៉ុស្ដិ៍អង្ក្រង ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយវ៉េៈ ៣៩៤-១៦០។
