On December 4, 1973, three Khmer Communist defectors Chum Hean, 19 years old, Chum Savorn, 18 years old, and Pon Saman, 20 years old, reported themselves to military authorities in Cham Roar post.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរភ្ញាក់រឭក៣នាក់បានភៀស ខ្លួនពីជួរទ័ពខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ ឈ្មោះ ជំ ហាន អាយុ១៩ឆ្នាំ, ជំ សាវន អាយុ១៨ឆ្នាំ ប៊ុន សាម៉ុន អាយុ ២០ឆ្នាំ នៅមុខអាជ្ញាធរយោធាយើងនៅប៉ុសិ្ដចាមរអា។
