Ly Srei, 22 years old, chief of defector in Prey Lvea, managed to escape from enemy territory and defected to military authorites in Battalion 204 of Division 3, based at VT 664-711, on December 27, 1974.
ឈ្មោះ លី ស្រ៉ី អាយុ២២ឆ្នាំ ធ្វើប្រធានពេទ្យព្រៃល្វា បានរត់ចេញ ពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់មកចុះចូលជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរនៅត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៦៦៤-៧១១ ក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាតូចទី២០៤ នៃកងពលធំទី៣ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។
