On August 21, 1974, at 11:00am, the military police agents in military police headquarter, techincal department, Kong Peasin who lived in Ning sub-district, Pok Russei district, Kandal province drifted around Phsa Thmei market. With suspicios, the military police agents arrested Kung Peasin and sent him to the interrogating office. He confessed that he used to serve as Khmer Liberation Agent in 50 Platoon 103, which was 50 persons under the command of Prak Sokhan in Prek Krabao, Vihear Suor province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ សីហា ១៩៧៤ ម៉េាង១១ៈ០០ ភ្នាក់ងារអាវុធហត្ថ នៅបញ្ជាការដ្ឋានកងអាវុធហត្ថជាតិផ្នែកបចេ្ចកទេសបានឃើញ ឈ្មោះគង់ ពាស៊ិននៅសង្កាត់នឹង ស្រុកពុកឫស្សី ខេត្ដកណ្ដាលបាន ដើរចុះឡើងនៅជិតផ្សារថ្មីគ្មានទិសដៅពិតប្រាកដ។ ដោយមាន ការសង្ស័យភ្នាក់ងារអ.ហ. នាំឈ្មោះ គង់ ពាស៊ិន មកការិយាល័យ ស៊ើបសួរ។ ជននេះបានឆ្លើយថាខ្លួនធ្លាប់ធ្វើភ្នាក់ងារខ្មែររំដោះ នៅកងហាលេខ១០៣ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ប្រាក់ សុខន មានគ្នា៥០នាក់តាំងនៅព្រែកកាបៅ ខេត្ដវិហារសួរគ៌។
