Chhen Lakk, a soldier in Prek Sdei village, Prek Sdei sub-district, Koh Thom district, Kandal province, defected to national military authorities in Battalion 245 of Division 51 base along National Road No.2 at VT 898-647, on January 02, 1974.
ឈ្មោះ ឈិន ឡាក់ ធ្វើទ័ពនៅភូមិព្រែកស្ដី ឃុំព្រែកស្ដី ស្រុកកោះធំ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល បានរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងមកចុះចូលជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរ យើងនៅផ្លូវជាតិលេខ២ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៩៨-៦៤៧ ក្នុងកងវរៈ សេនាតូច២៤៥ នៃកងពល៥១ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។
