On January 31, 1975, at 5:00am, a Khmer Communist cook reported himself to the National Army at UV:
370-070 in Prey Svay region. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ម៉េាង៥ៈ០០ភ្លឺ មានខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដ ជាអ្នកដាំបាយអោយខ្មាំងបានចូលមកសារភាពចំពោះ មុខអាជ្ញាធរយោធាយើងនៅព្រៃស្វាយ អ៊ុយវ៉េៈ៣៧០-០៧០។
