Luch Soeun, 31 years old, was born at Kampong Kdei village, Chi Kreng district, Siem Reap province. After leaving Kampong Kantuot dedagogic school, he became a teacher in Kampong Thom province. later in january- february 1974, he became a teacher in Russie Keo high School. he then was accused of the creator of Indocina Communist Youth Party by Trinh Vanh. He then was transferred to teach at higher pedagogic school.
ឈ្មោះ ឡុច សឿន អាយុ៣១ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិកំពង់ក្ដី ស្រុកជីក្រែង ខេត្ដសៀមរាប។ ពេលចេញពីសាលាគរុកោសល្យកំពង់កន្ទួត ធ្វើគ្រូនៅ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ ក្រោយមកនៅខែមករា ដល់ កុម្ភះ ១៩៧៤ គាត់បាន បង្រៀនសិស្សនៅវិទ្យាល័យឫស្សីកែវ ហើយត្រូវបានលោក ទ្រិញ វ៉ាញ ចោទប្រកាន់ថា គាត់ជាអ្នកបង្កើតយុវជនបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ឥណ្ឌូចិន។ បន្ទាប់មកបានត្រូវផ្លាស់ឱ្យទៅបង្រៀននៅគរុកោសល្យ ជាន់ខ្ពស់។
