The National Great Consolidate Commission, under the command of Chakk Song, was established and divided into seven places for 5 months in an attempt to receive the Khmer defectors. All equipments and staff salary which used and spent in these places, was funded directly by Chakk Song himself.
គណៈកម្មការទទួលខ្មែរចុះចូលនេះបានបងើ្កតចំនួន៥ខែមកហើយប្រធាន ឈ្មោះ ចក់ សុង។ អង្គការនេះចាត់ជាសាលាទទួលខ្មែរចុះចូលមាន ចំនួន៧កន្លែងផេ្សងទៀត។ សមា្ភៈប្រើប្រាស់ និងប្រាក់អោយបុគ្គលិក ចាយវាយសម្រាប់ធើ្វការចេញដោយប្រាក់ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់លោកប្រធាន ចក់ សុង ផ្ទាល់។ អង្គការនេះត្រូវរិះរកគ្រប់មធ្យោបាយទាក់ទងឱ្យ ខ្មែរម្ខាងទៀតមកចុះចូល។
