Based on the report, it was known that on July 02, 1974 at 9:00 in Literature Humanity University, chief of university student association distributed Le Mong newspaper to the students who were the members of this high school association. This distribution was carried out in a very secret way.
តាមសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍បានឱ្យដឹងថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ ម៉េាង៩ៈ០០ នៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យអក្សរសាស្ដ្រ និងមនុស្សសាស្ដ្រ ប្រធានសមាគមនិស្សិតមហាវិទ្យាល័យបានចែកអត្ថបទកាស្សែត ឡឺម៉ុង ដល់ពួកនិស្សិតដែលជាសមាជិកសមាគមវិទ្យាល័យនេះ។ ការចែក អត្ថបទកាសែតនេះធ្វើឡើងដោយសម្ងាត់បំផុត។
