Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Hakk Seang Layny, 37 years old, Khmer, born in Tonle Bet, Kampong Cham province, went to study in Ukraino State, Soviet Union, and served in the communist movement. In late 1974, he came back to Cambodia and served in the Khmer Communist movement in an attempt to attack against American emperors.
ឈ្មោះ ហាក់ ស៊ាងឡាយនី អាយុ៣៧ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅឃុំទនេ្លបិត ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦០ ឈ្មោះ ហាក់ ស៊ាងឡាយនី បានទៅ រៀននៅសហភាពសូវៀត នៅរដ្ឋអ៊ុយក្រែន ហើយបានចូលប្រឡូកក្នុង លិទិ្ធកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។ នៅចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ហាក់ ស៊ាងឡាយនី បានវិលត្រឡប់មកកាន់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាវិញ ហើយក៏បានចូលបម្រើក្នុង ចលនាកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងនឹងពួកចក្រពតិ្ដ។
