We believe the situation in Cambodia has taken an ominous turn for the worse during the past week. The new dimension that has been added to the equation is the very effective use of mines on the Mekong by the enemy. As a result, convoy operations have come to a half.
យើងជឿជាក់ថាស្ថានភាពប្រទេសកម្ពុជា បានដើរទៅរកសភាព គម្រាមកំហែងកាន់តែតានតឹងឡើង ក្នុងរយៈពេលមួយសប្ដាហ៍ចុង ក្រោយនេះ។ វិធីសាស្ដ្រថ្មីដែលគេយកប្រើប្រាស់នោះ គឺការដាក់មីនតាមទនេ្លមេគង្គដោយពួកសត្រូវ។ ជាលទ្ធផលប្រតិបត្ដិការ ក្បួនដង្ហែ បានថយចុះសមាជិកអស់ពាក់កណា្ដល។
