On March 22, 1974, the Khmer Communist Sreng Sakun
alias Tri, a deputy commander in battalion 301, regiment 300, defected to the national military authorities in Phsa Kampong Boeng. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ ឈ្មោះ សេ្រង សាគុណ ហៅ ទ្រី បានភ្ញាក់រឭកចុះចូលជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរនៅផ្សារកំពង់បឹង។ ជនភ្ញាក់រលឹកឈ្មោះ សេ្រង សាគុណ នេះជាអនុបញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ៣០១ នៃកងអនុសេនាធំ លេខ៣០០ របស់ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។
