Secretary Kissinger has prepared for your consideration a message to the congress submitting emergency legislation (Tab B) which would remove the statutory ceilings on economic and military assistance to Cambodia enacted by the congress last December, but would not increase overall military assistance funds.
លេខាធិការឃីសស៊ីងជឺបានផ្ញើរលិខិតទៅសភា ដើម្បីឱ្យធ្វើការ ពិចារណាពីនីតិការបន្ទាប់នៅចំណុចបេ ដែលសំណូមពរឱ្យលុបចោល លក្ខនិ្ដកៈ ផ្ដល់ជំនួយហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងយោធាដល់កម្ពុជាដែលបានអនុម័ត កាលពីខែធ្នូកន្លងទៅនេះ ប៉ុន្ដែមិនបន្ថែមជំនួយផ្នែកយោធាបន្ថែមទេ។
